I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the property is situated in a secure gated area, providing peace of mind. The service was excellent, with thoughtful gestures like offering M&Ms to my grandkids. The location is convenient, close to various attractions and with easy access to the highway. Dining was accommodating to our needs, though the morning options were a bit limited. Overall, a nice place to stay with some minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and met my needs, but they were a bit small for my liking and had some issues like a strange smell and mold in the bathroom. The service, on the other hand, was a bit of a rollercoaster with some staff being rude while others were very accommodating. The location had its drawbacks with a sketchy neighborhood but was convenient for accessing Memphis attractions. The dining experience was helpful but not exceptional. Overall, it was a stay with ups and downs.
